Reporting a wrong result
To help us look into it, please include:
- Your mouse model and the DPI it is set to in its software, if you know it.
- Your browser and operating system, for example Chrome on Windows 11.
- Your display scaling and browser zoom level.
- The values from the “Technical details” panel under the DPI checker.
We never ask for passwords or payment details by email.
